Reject ADC now for greater Tomorrow. — Tundr Ajibulu urges Nigerian Youths

IDRIS AHMED, LOKOJA.

The Deputy Executive Secretary, Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Mr Tunde Segun Ajibulu, (mni), has urged Nigeria Youths to support the re election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in the 2027 general election

He said the Youths should be the saving grace for a nation that has been politically ,socially and economically plundered by people who believe that leadership is their birth right and exclusive reserve

Mr Ajibulu who made the call over the weekend, when a group of Youths from the North Central Zone, “Tinubu Patriotic Front” (PF), (Asiwaju Le keji) , paid him a solidary visit at his resident in Abuja, urged them to reject antics of the greedy politicians who have formed a Coalition using ADC to frustrate the successes of the Tinubu administration.

He disclosed that those clamouring to take over leadership from Tinubu and the APC were the same people who deliberately, mindlessly and collectively messed Nigeria up.

According to the Kogi born politician, those who participated in the plundering of the nation’s common wealth since the return of democratic rule have continued to manipulate the people and the system to perpetually rule the country despite their monumental failures.

Ajibulu noted with regret that those who spearheaded the sale of Nigeria’s assets and valuable infrastructures they inherited from military administrations have now come together in the name of Coalition or the Africa Democratic Congress (ADC) to scuttle the patriotic zeal of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu .

He also revealed to the visiting youths that those leading the Coalition were at the helm of affairs and beneficiaries of the crude sharing of national assets and infrastructures during the meaningless and doubtful Privatization and Commercialisation of government properties.

” Instead of sustaining and maintaining the nation’s infrastructures and assets placed in their care for further developments, they chose to share to themselves and their cronies and in some cases liquidated others.

” Electricity, Communications, Aviation, Transportation, Agriculture, Housing, Education, Health and many other sectors that citizens were benefiting from their social and economic responsibilities were ‘ dashed ‘ out or sold cheaply to government officials in the guise of privatisation and commercialisation.”

The UBEC Deputy Executive Secretary (services) lamented that such greed has robbed the nation of valuable assets and monuments that could inspire coming generations to improve upon.

” Those seeking to be in power through the ADC see Nigeria and its citizens as their property so that they can be propounding senseless economic policies alien to the country for their selfish ends. They want enslave the youths and send them to JAPA instead of encouraging manufacturing, industrialization, agriculture, education and research”, he told the youths.

Ajibulu, who was a prominent member of the All Progessive Congress national Campaign Council, urged the Youths to be patriotic in the struggle ahead for 2027 Presidential election to prevent the re appearance of the greedy leaders of the Coalition on the Nigerian political scene.

” You should not relent, refer to the history of Nigeria to study the past administrations and leaderships to see the monumental waste that took place, despite huge human , natural and economic resources at their disposal, compare them to the efforts of the present Tinubu’s all inclusive governance that is giving hope for a better tomorrow, ” he stated.

Earlier, leader of the delegation of the Tinubu Youth Patriotic Front, (PF) Mr Kehinde Omofe , said their mission is to partner with prominent Nigerians, astute politicians and people with sense of history to mobilize citizens to support President Bola Tinubu for a second term so as to plant a legacy of good governance for the future generations.

The group while congratulating Ajibulu on his appointment, thanked President Bola Tinubu for spott
