Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President Shettima described Arewa for Asiwaju as the think tank of Northern Nigeria for the Asiwaju 2027 Project.

He expressed confidence in the level of support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu across the North, stating that the region had communicated its position with what he described as a resounding voice and unmistakable conviction.

The unveiling of the national headquarters is expected, according to the organisation, to strengthen coordination among its state structures and provide a platform for its activities as preparations for the 2027 general elections continue.

The Director-General of A4A, Abubakar Badaru Mohammed, said the organisation emerged from the conviction among its members that President Tinubu and Vice President Shettima had performed well and deserved another term in office.

He said the organisation would leverage its network across the region and beyond to advance its stated objectives.

Bello’s remarks underscored the role the organisation intends to play in mobilising support for the Tinubu administration ahead of the 2027 general elections.
