The Inter Party Advisory Council, IPAC, is holding a maiden”Round Table Series ” session for political parties on Thursday ,August 8.
This was contained in a letter of invitation released by the Chairman of the council, Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantelle on Tuesday.
According to Dantelle, the maiden event is with a theme “The Role of the Judiciary in Nigeria’s Democratic Sustainability”.
The event scheduled to hold at Ladi Kwali Hall of Intercontinental Hotel Abuja , formerly Sheraton Hotels and Towers is scheduled to begin at 10am in the nation’s city.
Dantelle maintained that the council had decided to embark on the orientation towards deepening democracy in Nigeria, with judiciary playing a crucial role towards achieving a virile, stable democratic environment.
Discussants are expected from diverse professionals from the one day event , as a communique will be issued at the end of the event .
