Overland Airways Airline, Ilorin -Abuja route with take off time 9am-10am served it’s passengers on board with not only poor service and menu as breakfast on Thursday, 31st October, 2024.

The one way trip that cost about 180,000 was without recourse to passengers safety, care and concern , with uncoordinated activities.

This was a reflection of the current situations of the Nigerian airliners that encapsulated in extortion from staffers , flight delay , poor reception and services to Nigerians.

The ugly development has also exposed the actions and inactions of the handlers of Nigeria airports ranging from Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria FAAN, Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority NCAA, Nigeria Airport Handling Company NAHCO and on the whole the poor supervision on the part of the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development.

With poor services and reception after an exorbitant rate of 180,00 one way flight from Ilorin -Abuja, it is a glaring rip off on the part of airliners in the country to shortchange the hapless public.

All hands must be on deck by the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development to move beyond mere statement to actions considering the welfare of passengers on Overland Airline and Nigeria routes.
