A statement from the Kogi State Government House issued by Ismaila Isah, Special Adviser on Media to the Governor, on November 16, 2024, commended the leadership role of Nigerian Tribune Newspaper in shaping narratives and holding government accountable by promoting truth, transparency, and accountability over its more than half-century existence.

Governor Ododo honors Nigerian Tribune Newspaper’s enduring legacy, built on responsible journalism, which has won the hearts of many Nigerian readers.
