Again, Nasarawa APC Elders women group commends Dr. Hajarat Danyaro for quality representation and outstanding performance
The All Progressives Congress (APC) Elders Women Group in Nasarawa State has lauded Dr. Hajarat Danyaro Ibrahim, the only female lawmaker representing Nasarawa Central constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, for her quality representation and outstanding performance.
Dr. Danyaro has been recognized for her commitment to her constituents and has undertaken significant developmental projects, including commissioning water projects, distributing fertilizers, and holding town hall meetings to engage with her electorate.
She has been praised for going beyond typical legislative duties by directly executing or facilitating community projects, such as boreholes with generators for water supply, renovation of schools, and empowerment programs.
Her initiatives notably address critical issues like water scarcity and food security in her constituency.
The APC national leadership, including the National Legal Adviser, has passed a vote of confidence on her, describing her as an asset to the party and acknowledging her role in keeping the party strong in her constituency.
Women across Nasarawa State have also expressed support, commending her advocacy for women’s rights and sponsoring impactful legislation like the first private member bill mandating free menstrual hygiene products for secondary school girls in the state.
Dr. Danyaro’s legislative and developmental efforts have earned her robust endorsements from constituents and party leaders alike, with a strong backing for her re-election in 2027.
Her leadership is seen as transformative, promoting development and empowerment, especially for women and youth in Nasarawa Central
This, the APC women elders said they are highly impressed and happy with her representation and performance at the State Assembly.
They gave the commendation during a courtesy visit to the female lawmaker in her office in Lafia the State capital today.
They also commended her for standing for women especially in politics and other aspects of life saying that the Nasarawa women has never had it so good.
They acknowledged her voice in standing for women councilors across the 13 LGAs in the State and sponsored the first private member bill to be passed into law among other initiatives.
The leader of the group Aisha M. Danladi who gave the applause when she led the members of the group on a solidarity visit said the women were in her office to appreciate her for all the good things she is doing for them and urged her to sustain the spirit.

While assuring her of full support from women of the State to enable her succeed beyond 2027, prayed God to protect, guide and give her more wisdom.
The Chairman House Committee on Women Affairs Dr. Hajarat Danyaro Ibrahim (APC) thanked them for the visit saying it will encourage her to do more for the women and the State at large.
Dr. Danyaro appreciated Gov. Abdullahi Sule for taking women along in his administration and appealed for more in that direction.
She also thank the support she is getting from the Speaker Dr. Danladi Jatau.
