The All Progressives Congress Youth Network West Africa, APCYN-WA, has reaffirmed its commitment to humanitarian service with another successful edition of its weekly free food distribution programme held at its Secretariat in Agidingbi, Ikeja.

The initiative, spearheaded by the organisation’s Director General, Hon. Olutunde Gideon Igbasan, continues to provide food support to vulnerable residents affected by Nigeria’s economic challenges.

Dozens of beneficiaries from different parts of Lagos converged on the Secretariat on Friday, where volunteers coordinated a peaceful and well-organised distribution process.

The humanitarian exercise attracted coverage from Afrivox Television, TVC News, The Punch, Champion FM 90.7, Dutch TV and SolidNewsNG, reflecting growing public interest in the programme.

Beneficiaries praised the leadership of the organisation for sustaining the weekly intervention, describing it as a practical demonstration of compassion and responsive community service.

According to participants, the outreach has become a dependable source of assistance for many low-income families facing increasing financial pressure.
