Akase Commiserates with Benue People Over Death Of AYUA, Tiv-land First Senior Advocate Of Nigeria.
Prominent and hopeful Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Governorship aspirant in Benue State, Mr Terver Akase expresses sadness over the death of Professor Ignatius Ayua who was the first Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) of Tiv origin.
Global Times Nigeria recall Professor Ayua, until his death a renowned University scholar, seasoned politician and legal luminary passed on recently in Abuja.

In a statement issued on January 25, 2022, by Nathaniel Nongu, Director of Media to
Terver Akase Campaign Organization, quoted the Benue hopeful guber aspirant as lamenting over the unfortunate incident, noting the deceased was a former Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Justice who was a pacesetter in different spheres of life and made enormous contributions to nation-building would be greatly missed, given the patriotic service he offered to the country in various assignments.
The PDP 2023 guber hopeful notes that the departed legal icon who hailed from Konshisha Local Government Area of Benue State was that of public service experience and expresses regrets that his death has created a vacuum which may be difficult to fill, as his fountain of knowledge would have continued to benefit the younger generation.
While praying for the peaceful repose of Professor Ayua, Mr Akase sends deepest condolences to the family of the deceased and encourages them to take solace in the fact that he lived an eventful life of service to God and humanity.
