The Former Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, on Job Creation and SME’s Development, Mallam Danladi Suleiman Aguye, has felicitate with Christians on the celebration of this year’s Christmas.
In a felicitation message, Mallam Aguye said “it is a beautiful thing to be alive to witness the celebration of Christmas in year 2020; “I congratulate all my Christian friends, colleagues, those in the political scene, family members and all Christians in the Country especially those in Kogi State on this memorable celebration. The birth of Christ is actually a good thing to be celebrated and am so glad that I am witnessed this year’s celebration”.
Mallam Aguye said though year 2020 has been a year that came with lots of challenges following the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, pointing out that despite all that, there was need for the people to always appreciate God for life.
“I know we all had plans of things to achieve before the end of 2020; Corona Virus came and caused a huge havoc to our plans. But for the fact that we witnessed the celebration of 2020 Christmas is enough to thank God. We need to appreciate God for the gift of life, sound health and peace of mind because when we appreciate Him, He will do more for us”
He enjoined Christians to continue in their show of love as exemplified by Jesus Christ, stressing that following the deeds and teachings of Jesus as enshrined in the scriptures, will enable them enjoy the blessings of God.
Mallam Danladi Aguye called on them to also use the festive season to share with others and as well, remain dedicated the worship of God.
