Friends, Well Wishers, Celebrates With “Papa Israel” on his 29th Birthday

It was a surprise bash at the residence of Mr. Israel Adepoju, popularly called “Papa Israel” as friends, associates and other well wishers gathered to celebrate with him on the occasion of his 29th Birthday in Lokoja, Kogi State Capital.
The Combo of Roti Sax and another Talking Drummer, added glamour to the event as they both led those present into worship and praise session as part of activities to mark the day.
Papa Israel, a seasoned Drama Minister in Kogi State, was caught in an euphoria as he was not expecting such surprise package from the people who abandoned their places of work just to be part of the birthday celebration.
Giving testimony about the impart of Papa Israel is a bosom friend of his, Mr. Ogaji Peter Franklin.
Mr. Franklin narrated that his friendship with Papa Israel started from their National Diploma (ND) days at the Federal Polytechnic Idah, in Kogi State, explaining that the God’s servant is endowed with wisdom.
He noted that Papa Israel has not just been serving as a friend, but also as a tutor, guidian and a councilor who has devoted his time and energy to ensure he get things right in script writing.
Mr. Franklin who is also the Founder of Mount Olive Drama Ministry, prayed to continue to strengthen Papa Israel and grant him more grace to do His work as he continues to sojourn on earth.
On his part, a guitarist, Michael Adaji, described the celebrant as one who is down to earth, praying God to grant him the enablement to enable him sustain such humble nature.
Crowning the testimony session was the brain behind surprise birthday package, Miss Ameh Dorathy, who appreciated God for adding another year to the life of Papa Israel and for making him a source of inspiration and impartation to the lives of others.
‘Mama Dora’, as she is fondly called, testified that her meeting with Papa Israel has brought lots of good tidings to her life, describing the celebrant as “a Space Filler”
Mama Dora while speaking on a lighter note boasted that she was able to shock Papa Israel as he had no clue of the preparation until the deed day.
She appreciated all and sundry who contributed towards making the day worthwhile, and prayed God to continue to bless everyone.
The celebrant, Israel Adepoju – Papa Israel, who could not hold back his joy, sang worship songs to appreciate God for the gift of life and also the gift of people.
Papa Israel, who is Drama Coordinator, Kogi State Chapter of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria PFN, and Visioneer, God is Great Evangelical Drama/Film Outreach, commended the efforts of all who despite their busy schedules, made it to the event, describing such as a show of love and service to God.
He prayed God to crown everyone’s efforts with success, while promising to make more impart as God enables him.
The birthday celebration which was attended by friends, associates and well wishers featured prayers, cutting of cake, dance and presentation of gifts to the celebrant.
