IMAPoly visits NSHA Education Committee Chairman, Jatau, seeks synergy for a new chapter.
The New Chairman, Nasarawa State House of Assembly Committee on Education, Hon Danladi Jatau has assured the management of Isa Mustapha Agwai 1, Polytechnic Lafia AMAPoly of support and effective synergy in order to create an enabling environment for teaching and learning.
Jatau, who is the member representing Kokona West constituency gave the assurance while playing host to the management of the institution led by its Rector, Dr Justina Kotso in Lafia today.
He said that the committee would do everything within its powers to ensure that quality education are provided in the state.
According to him, I want to appreciate Rt. Hon Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, the Speaker of the House for finding me worthy to be the chairman of this committee.
” I want to appreciate you for the visit and for congratulating us on our new appointments.
” I also want to appreciate you for your efforts and what you have been doing in the polytechnic
” I want to assure you of our support and synergy to enable you succeed and to the take the school to the greater height,” he said
The Deputy Majority Leader of the House also appreciated Gov Abdullahi Sule for the passion he has for education in the state.
Earlier, Dr Justina Kotso, the Rector of the Polytechnic said that the visit was to congratulate Hon Jatau and his team on their well deserved appointments.
She said that she was well pleased and impressed with their appointments while soliciting for their support to succeed and open a new chapter in the system.
” We are here to welcome you on board , to congratulate you and assure you of our readiness to work with you for the progress of our Institution,” she said.
The Rector wished the committee well while discharging their duties.
