In Nasarawa, N-power Beneficiaries Honoured The State Focal Person, Imran Jibrin with Excellence Leadership award
Some beneficiaries of the federal government social investment programs also known as N-Power Batch C1 and who just finished their 3 months training in Nasarawa State recently honored their State focal person, who doubles as Senior Special Assistant, (SSA) on Humanitarian Affairs to the Governor of Nasarawa State, Hon. Imran Jibrin Usman for his mentorship, professionalism, and sincerity of purpose while performing his official duty.
The group said the focal person has brought redemption to the system, adding that his services rendered over the years were according to the vision and mission of the Federal Government policy of the Social investment programs.
While presenting the award to the recipient, they urged him to go ahead and do more for his people, noting that the award will serve as a morale booster to him following his great contribution that has been the backbone of the system.
The group appreciated him for his immense contribution to the State’s socio-economic programs, youth and women’s empowerment. This, they also said upon completion of their 3 months training they were given their working tools such as laptops and every other device that will aid their services was given by the officials saddle with the responsibilities of the programs.
They equally appreciated the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Alhaji Muhammadu Buhari, the Minister in charge of the Federal Ministry of Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq for her insight in ensuring that the programs are succeeded.
Responding, Hon. Imran Jibrin Usman gives gratitude to Almighty God for the opportunity provided him to serve his people in his capacity.
He said Nigerians will continue to appreciate the President for his people’s oriented program aimed at giving life to the country especially the youth, women, and people living with disabilities through various Social Investment programs initiated over the years.
Hon. Jibrin, who is the Nasarawa State Focal Person called on the participants to judiciously use the opportunity provided by the government to be better off in the future and in line with the main cardinal objectives of the programs.
The Governor aide while congratulating the beneficiaries thanked the Federal Government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari, Nasarawa State Governor, Alhaji Abdullahi Sule, and Minister in charge of the Federal Ministry of Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq for her tireless efforts to minimize poverty in Nigeria through various Social Investment programs and described them as his mentor and life changers
