KOGI AUDITOR GENERAL, OKALA SUE FOR PEACE AS HE VISIT VICTIMS OF COMMUNAL UPHEAVAL IN GRIMAND HOSPITAL
In a deep sense of human kindness and considering the people as integral part of the development process of the society, Kogi State Auditor General and a Chieftain of the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, Alhaji Yakubu Yusuf Okala has pleaded with the people of Ajiolo communities in the spirit of brother-heood to cultivate peaceful co-habitation as a necessary prerequisite for the even development of the areas
Okala made the observation when he made a surprised visit to victims of communal crises that rock Ajiolo Ojiaji community, Dekina Local government area. that are currently recuperating from medical treatments from varying degrees of injury they sustained at Grimand Hospital in Anyigba.
The state Auditor General who described the incident as unfortunate and uncalled for, accepted to take full responsibility in off setting the medical bills of the affected victims
Okala had earlier paid similar surprised visit to a family relation in Ajiolo Ojiaji community to see for himself the health of quadruplets who mother paid the supreme sacrifice shortly they were birthed.
He prayed Allah in His mercies and benevolence to guide, protect and grant the quadruplets sound health and urged the family of the departed to take solace in the fact that He know why the mother of the quadruplets should died after she has successfully delivered the children
Similarly, while addressing his kins and kiths in his ancestral country home -Ajiolo Ajikpome, Okala implored his brothers and sisters to mobilise their unflinching Support for Ododo/Oyibo governirship ambition as their victory is sacrosanct for more development to the area.
The State Auditor General at the occasion donated cash to the people to cushion the harsh effect of their economic situation and served as an Empowerment to them.
In their various responses the benefitaries described Okala as ‘Talk and Do’ political leader who is always committed to come to their rescue in the angles of empowerment and attracting social amenities to the area .
They agreed to work effortlessly for the success of the All Progressives Congress and its flagbearers during the November eleven this year’s governorship election in the state.
