Kogi: Gov Bello signs 2024 Appropriation Bill into Law

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has signed into law the 2024 appropriation bill of 258 billion naira.
While signing the appropriation bill and three other bills at the Executive Chambers, Government House, Lokoja, the Governor noted that the bill tagged Budget of Consolidation and Continuity for Inclusive Growth, would further make Kogi to attain greater heights.
He appreciated the expeditious passage of the appropriation bill by the Assembly saying that the incoming administration would ensure implementation with little difficulty.
The Governor applauded the Speaker and state Assembly members for the diligence done to the 2024 budget.
Presenting the 2024 budget for accent, Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Umar Yusuf explained that the Assembly diligently considered the budget and interfaced with all the MDAs so as to ensure that it reflected the interest of the citizens.
