Maulud Nabiyi: Toto LG Chair, Tashas felicitate with Muslims
……Urges prayer for peace, unity and stability of the country.
The Executive Chairman Toto Local Government Council, Honourable Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas has facilitated with Muslim ummah in Toto and Nasarawa State as they joined other believers all over the world to commemorate the birthday of Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
In a statement issued by his Senior Special Assistant, SSA, Media and Communications, Yahaya, on Wednesday, Hon Tashas enjoined the Muslim faithful to demonstrate love and good virtue of Prophet of Muhammad (SAW).
“I wish to used this medium to call on Muslim ummah to pray for peace, growth and development of our LG, State and country at large.”
The statement further quoted the Chairman as saying no nation can achieve anything meaningfully without unity and prosperity even as he call on we to do Nigerians to empower their people in their own capacity as the government cannot do it alone.
Tashas therefore, urged the Muslims to emulate the lifestyle of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) who lived all his life for humanity through patience and sacrifice.
The council boss also solicited support for Nasarawa State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, Governor Abdullahi Sule, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other Nigerian leaders to succeed in their offices.
