Muslims all over the world have been commended for their dedication, commitment and using their wealth to promote Islam.
Chairman Kogi State Civil Service Commission, Hon (Barr) Muhammed Musa Tanko Osuku has said the Glorious Holy Qur’an is the only valid document God sent down to mankind through the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in order to guide and lead them to right path.
The Civil Service Boss maintained that Islamic religion remained the only true religion on earth that has made it so easy for every living souls to attain righteousness by following the commandment of ALLAH (SWA) as contained in the Glorious Qur’an.
Barr. Tanko made the remark when he attended the Annual Commemoration of Maulud Nabiyi organised by the Family of late Sheikh Muhammed Babankurdi in Koton-korfe, Kogi Local Government Area, Sunday.
Barr. Tanko who is the Chairman of the occasion for this year annual Maulud praised the organizers for ensuring success of the event and prayed God to continue to grant them more wisdom, long life and prosperity so that Allah in his infinite mercy will continue to use them in propagating Islam.
“I am always at peace whenever i’m invited to contribute to promote Islam, that’s gives me more peace and I do it with passion.”
“I want to used this occasion to thanked all the scholars who have come from all walks of life for this even, I prayed ALLAH return them back safely to their various destinations.”
Various speakers includes Sheikh Ibrahim Inyas Lokoja, Sheikh Yahaya Shadda and others, spoke extensively during the event praised the civil service boss for always using his wealth to support and promote Islam are required of every muslims, urging him not to relent as ALLAH’s bounties await him.
The event also features Qur’anic recitation and special prayer for leaders among other things.
Hajiya Maimunat Tatu Iyami and other invited guests graced the occasion.
