Minister of Labour and productivity, Dr Chris Ngige, former minister of Information, Prof Jerry Gana, former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, senator Ali Ndume, ministers of the FCT, Clergies and some top government officials attended the funeral of the late father of Senator Philip Aduda, Rt Reverend Tanimu Samari Aduda.

Global Times Nigeria correspondent report that, the final interment, of the late Bishop Tanimu Samari Aduda, of the Anglican Dioceses, which held on Thursday, at St Peter’s Anglican Church Karu, Abuja, was filled to its brim as many dignitaries extolled the virtues of the late clergy.
Other dignitaries that also attended the funeral, included the speaker of the house of representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, traditional rulers, Senator Ori Uzo Kalu, Senator Enyinaya Abaribe, permanent secretaries and Aso villa Chapel.
Minister of Labour and Productivity, Dr Chris Ngige, noted that the testimonies about late Rev. Tanimu Samari Aduda, was indeed an affirmation of his godly nature, which he said stood out as a cosmopolitan enigma whose life affected all and sundry.
He extolled virtues of the late Rev. Tanimu Samari Aduda, that had lived a humble life and has contributed a lot across the country.
