Rt. Hon Ibrahim Mohammed Lawal, Speaker, Northern Youths Assembly of Nigeria, (NYAN) has described the past administration of President Olusegun Obasanjo and Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as major brains behind the present hardship Nigerians now face on daily basis.
Lawal, a graduate of sociologist from Nasarawa State University Keffi, and now Speaker, Northern Youth Assembly Nigeria, NYAN, controlling 19 States of the federation urged Nigerians to hold the former leaders responsible for the collapse of the National Grid.
The northern youth leader in a statement Friday 22, July 2022 and made available to Journalists says:
“The Collapse of the National Grid: a frivolously Corrupt malady of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his boss, the Otta- based Emperor of Corruption imperially imposed on Nigerians, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo who led Nigeria and Nigerians to this present power failure.”
“It’s a very sad irony of arrogant Political insensitivity, to read with total dismay as Atiku Abubakar was jubilantly reported to have mockingly chastised the Buhari Government on accounts of the national grid system collapse!.”
“It’s the highest level of irresponsibility/to read about Atiku Abubakar, and his former boss, President Obasanjo talking against President Buhari’s government despite his to right the errors done on by former leaders. The former leaders have pushed us into perpetual darkness, through undemocratic doctrine and suspension of rule of law, to the imposition of darkness on Nigerians.”
“We are not holding brief for Buhari government but Atiku is not innocent of what he’s condemning today, as the National grid continues to collapse.”
“If he and his former boss talking ill about the Buhari Government, who had the ill considerable misfortunes of inheriting the 1999 mass-looted leftover and reconfigured infrastructural carcasses they had Corruptly deceived Nigerians with. We have now become obsolete and beyond repairs, thus becoming a liability to tackle its insolvent menace by successive governments.”
All Nigerians should raise their voice and speak out, condemn Atiku’s Political desperation, which seems to make him dogmatically insensitive, rude, and disrespectful to Nigerian sensibilities, he thinks we are all unintelligent dumb, and illiterates just the way they misrule Nigeria and Nigerians!. He said
He, therefore, urged Nigerians particularly the youths to reject the Alhaji Atiku Abubakar’s 2023 presidency that he has nothing to offer except looting of their future.
