State FCT Minister, Hajiya Ramatu Tijani Aliyu Distributes Ramadan Items In Kogi, Assured Of Equitable Distribution
Muslims in Kogi State have been assured of equitable distribution of the Ramadan support items provided by the Honourable Minister of State, FCT, Hajiya Ramatu Tijani Aliyu.
Mr. Muhammed Salisu Aliyu, who is the administrator, Liaison Office of the Honourable Minister in Lokoja, Kogi State Capital, gave the assurance in an interview with Newsmen.

Mr. Muhammed Aliyu, who is popularly called Dantala, said the distribution was part of the Minister’s usual gesture to the people of the State, especially during festive seasons.
He pointed out that the Hajiya Ramatu’s humanitarian gesture has been on even before attaining her current position, and prayed Allah to strengthen her to continue in her good works.
Mr. Muhammed Aliyu explained that before the delivery of the Ramadan Support items, plans have already been concluded with stakeholders across the various Local Government Areas of the State on how to go about the distribution, assuring that the Minister’s plan of extending hands of fellowship to the Muslim ummah during the ongoing Ramadan, will be fulfilled.
“This has always been the gesture of the Hon. Minister of State, FCT, Hajiya (Dr.) Ramatu Tijani Aliyu, reaching out to others during festive seasons
“She did this during Covid-19 too, and during the last Christmas she did same
“God has given her a large heart that cares for the wellbeing of others and it is our prayers that Allah will continue to strengthen her
“On the sharing formula, we held meeting with Stakeholders of the various LGA’s so, its going to be from LG to Wards and from Wards to Units
“Our team have been out there ensuring that intended beneficiaries receives their share of the Minister’s gesture”
He enjoined Muslim ummah in the State to use the season to pray for Allah’s peace to reign over Nigeria, and to as well, pray for leaders in authority, including the Honourable Minister of States for FCT, to enable them succeed in their various assignments.
The Vice Chairman, Lokoja Local Government Area, Mrs. Comfort Taye, appreciated the Minister for her kind gesture towards the people of the State.

The Ramadan Support items, majorly foodstuffs, provided by the Honourable Minister of State, FCT is expected to be shared to Muslim ummah across the 21 Local Government Areas of Kogi State, which Mr. Dantala has assured that the feat will be achieved following the cooperation of his team who are always on ground to do the needful.
