Rep Gowon Haruna (IJN) commends Gov Ododo as he attends Iyale Area Forum Meeting

Rt. Honourable Paul Gowon Haruna (IJN), Member House of Representatives for Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency, has praised the effort of the Kogi State Government headed by Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo at addressing security and improving the socioeconomic activities of the area.
The federal lawmaker stated this when he Attended the Iyale Area Forum Meeting (Abuja Branch)
In a press statement issued by Khalid Bala ( Khalid Kay), Media Aide to Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna (IJN)., Member Representing Bassa/ Dekina Federal Constituency, said the lawmaker alongside his entourage, attended the Iyale Area Forum meeting Abuja Branch.
According to the statement, the primary focus of the meeting was to brainstorm on the developmental needs of Iyale community and its environs.
The major topic of discussion was the persistent security challenges in Iyale, emphasizing the urgency to address the issues before it escalate further. In his speech, Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna thanked the Forum members for their outstanding support towards Iyale community. He particularly acknowledged their efforts on the ongoing police project, which is nearing completion.
Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna expressed his profound gratitude to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, for his support in the completion of the project. He announced that the Governor has responded positively to his request for assistance and has contributed the sum of Five Million Naira (₦5,000,000.00) towards the project.
The Chairman of the Forum Elder. Anthony Edegbo, the Project Committee Chairman Hon. Dr. Tom Zakari, Forum Patron Dr. Ibrahim Usman, and other speakers at the meeting applauded Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna (IJN) for his unwavering support and for his outstanding performance in the National Assembly, which has ensured that the voice of the Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency is heard across the country.
The meeting was joyfully concluded, with participants taking group photographs to commemorate the occasion.
