Hope rises for reopening Nigerian universities as Federal Government has finally accepted to exempt ASUU from the IPPIS.
At a meeting on Friday, the FG bent backwards on a number of issues including exempting the union from the IPPIS, payment of withheld salaries using the GIFIMIS as well as additional funding for revitalization and Earned Academic Allowance (EAA).
