Honourable councilor representing Dausu ward in Toto Local Government Council, Hon Samuel Hulegi Giwa Palasa, has congratulated the newly appointed Professor of Agricultural Economics and extension as Vice Chancellor Federal University Lafia, Nasarawa State.
