Global Times Nigeria reports that the President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Comrade Danielson Bamidele Akpan has been impeached by the Senate Arm of the association at an emergency Senate meeting on Tuesday.
Mr. Bamidele was impeached over incompetence, misappropriation of fund, corruption, elongation of tenure, disregard for NANS Demand and insensitivity to the plight of Nigerian Students by the Senate of Arm of NANS.
According to reports, the #NANS Vice President, Chidi Ilogebe was swore in as new NANS President.
Recall that Bamidele recently won “MUGABE OF NANS” and Voicing Gong learned that he earned this new title as a result of his atrocities and refusal to leave office.
However, the Senate Arm charged the new President to justify the trust repose on him by fighting for the interest of Nigerians students.
