Rev. PK Omole Enjoins Nigerians to Desist from Unhealthy Acts for a Better Society

Nigerians have been called upon to desist from evil acts to enable them enjoy God’s peace both on earth and in the world beyond.

The Pastor in charge of Christ Disciple Mission International behind Emiliz Filling Station, Lokongoma Lokoja, Reverend Peter Kolawole Omole, made the call in his Sunday service sermon entitled “The Wickedness of the Present Day”

Rev. Omole said the society has become what it is today because men no longer have eternity in view, stressing that all human will one day give account of their deeds on earth to God.

The Clergyman pointed out that the quest for fame and richies has made some loose their concience as they endulge in unhealthy activities to satisfy the desire of their flesh.

He noted that such path taken by some members of the society will only lead to doom, calling on them to retrace their steps to doing the right thing before it is too late.

Rev. Omole, while commenting on the “Get Rich Quick” syndrome of some youths in today’s world, advised them to engaged in meaningful, profitable and legal ventures that will make them responsible citizens in the society.

He also called on them to accept Jesus Christ as their personal lord and savior to enable them gain heaven on the last day.
