Armoury of Christ Theological Institute Ordains ZHCOAN Founder as Bishop and Kogi State Coordinator of the Institute

An affiliate of World Wide Evangelical Seminary Canada – Armoury of Christ Theological Institute, has ordained the Founder, Zion Hills Church of All Nations (ZHCOAN) in Ajaokuta Local Government Area Dr. Kolawole Adebisi as a Bishop and as Kogi State Coordinator of the Institute.

Bishop (Dr.) Kolawole Adebisi was served the new assignment at the 18th Convocation/Ordination Ceremony of the Institute which was held at the Zion Hills Church of All Nations amidst jubilation.

 

Aside being charged with the State Coordinator’s responsibility, Bishop (Dr.) Kolawole Adebisi also received an Award of Leadership in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the growth of Christianity in his locality and Africa as a whole by same Institute.

Following his completion of seven hundred and thirty-two days of academic work for Course BI-5002 (Church Leadership), Bishop (Dr.) Kolawole Adebisi was as well bestowed with a Doctorate Certificate in Professional Effective Leadership Program by the Institute.

Performing the 18th Convocation/Ordination Ceremony, the Rector, Africa Representative, Dr. George Akpomuga, explained that the Institute was founded in 1994 for the purpose of preparing Christians as soul winners with a thorough knowledge of God’s word and with undying passion for the lost souls.

Dr. Akpomuga said the Institute also train men and women as Ministers of God, Evangelists, Soul Winners, Church Workers, Christ Disciples, church planters, develop and shapes Christian character of students, amongst other purposes.

The Rector noted that as part of efforts to ensure Christians have deeper knowledge and understanding of the scriptures they read and messages preached to them, the Institute decided to site a branch in Kogi State.

Dr. Akpomuga called on Christians all over the Confluence State to take advantage of the Institute and learn more about God, stressing that such will help broaden their understanding.

He described Bishop Dr. Kolawole Adebisi as a dedicated servant of God whom God is using to liberate many, calling on him to sustain his commitment to the service of God and humanity.

On his part, Bishop Dr. Kolawole Adebisi expressed gratitude to God and the Institute for finding him worthy of the honors and being for chosen to serve as the Kogi State Coordinator of the prestigious Institute.

Bishop Dr. Adebisi noted that the honors done him came unexpected, stressing that he was only focused on doing the God’s biding on earth.

The General Overseer described said such honor was a call for more commitment to God’s work and prayed for more of God’s grace to enable him live up to expectations.

Bishop (Dr.) Kolawole Adebisi pointed out that he will do his best to see that men are taught God’s word to enable them withstand trial times and gain deeper understanding of the scriptures.
