Eid-El-Fitr: Barrister Magaji Distributes 500 Bags Of Rce To Residents In Nasarawa.

Ahead of Eid -El-fitr (Sallah) , a legal practitioner, Barrister Shuaibu Labaran Magaji, on Saturday in Abuja, distributed over 500 bags of rice to some residents across Nasarawa West Senatorial District of the State.

Barrister Magaji, who is a prosecutor in the office of the Attorney General And Minister of Justice, made the distribution through representatives of youth, women, elders, widows and vulnerable groups from four local governments of Toto, Kokona, Keffi and Karu under Nasarawa west senatorial zone.

He said the gesture was to alleviate hardship especially the less privileged ones have faced during the Ramadan fasting in order for them to celebrate the Eid -El-fitr sallah coming up on Wednesday, May, 12, 2021.

He thefore admonished muslims across Nasarawa west senatorial zone to use the ramadan fasting and pray for the end of incessant killings and kidnapping in the state and nigeria at large.

“It is obvious that this year’s ramadan fasting came at a time when the country, is battling with the challenges of security which has affected some businesses and means of livelihood of citizens, hence, I saw the need to assist to use this Ramadan period to also assist the less privileged ones,” he said.
