KOBA identifies with two members, hails their appointments in higher institutions.

Keffi Old Boys Association ( KOBA), Nasarawa State Chapter has hailed the appointments of two of its members, Prof. Mohammed Maikano Ari as Dean, Schools of Postgraduate Studies Nasarawa State University, Keffi and Dr. Jamil Zakari as pioneer Registrar, Federal College of Education, Keana.

The State KOBA President, Arch. Umar Shitu gave the commendation when he led other KOBA officials on a courtesy visit to the appointees in Keffi today.

Shitu said that the association is happy and impressed over the appointments of its members into various positions while assuring them of their support to succeed.

He said that the visit was to congratulate and rejoice with them over their appointments and urged them to live above board while discharging their duties.

” We are here to congratulate and identify with you on your appointments.

” We want to assure you of our support to succeed at all times,” he said

The KOBA President also appreciated the Federal and Nasarawa State Governments for appointing its members into various positions in the state and the country at large.

Shitu urged the appointees to discharge their duties without fear or favour in the interest of development.

Responding, Prof. Mohammed Maikano Ari, who was appointed as Dean, schools of postgraduate studies NSUK and Dr. Jamil Zakari, who was appointed as pioneer Registrar, Federal College of Education Keana, appreciated KOBA for their visit and assured of their readiness to put in their best promising not to fail in their responsibilities.

They said that they would make KOBA proud by living above board while discharging their duties.

They equally promised to provide good leadership in their various offices.
