Lies from pitch of hell, Ibaji Lawmaker, Egwaba slams political detractors,  enemies of progress

Hon Comfort O. Nwuchiola Egwaba representing Ibaji Constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly has dismissed rumour being peddle by suspected political opponents and detractors alleging that she and few others stakeholders sent some thugs to attack a ware house loaded with palliatives.

Addressing Journalists, the media office of the lawmaker says their attention was drawn to a fictitious allegation level against their boss and Member representing Ibaji constituency at the State assembly, describing it as a mere beer parlour gossip.

According to her, the offensive publication was orchestrated by a misguided social media group with a Rider “Ibaji Progressive youth Foundation”, who only knows best how to blackmail and assassinate characters of reputable politicians

The Egwaba’s media office unveiled some names that was allegedly accused by the faceless Social Media Group include: Hon. Thomas Offor, Hon. ThankGod Omale, Hon. Timothy Ojomah and Hon. Comfort O. Nwuchola and among others.

The group in the said publication said one Jerry Marcel Nwuchola was sent to invade the Ibaji Liaison office housing a palliatives waiting for distribution.

The faceless Social Media Group also alleged that four political front-liners have shared the said palliatives among themselves and have sold the remaining ones at N15,000.00 per bag without the prior knowledge of the Ibaji local government Chairperson.

This, Comfort media office quickly rise to occasion to response to their lies, notify the good people of Ibaji and the general public that the above malicious, mischievous and misguided publication was fake.

“their allegations were merely targeted and aimed at tarnishing the images of the above named political front liners and Jerry Marcel Nwuchola.”

Speaking further, the Media office making clarification said palliatives meant for Ibaji local government was transported down to the area by a representatives of the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, and the State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA.

Global Times Nigeria reports that the palliative was flagged off for distribution and the remaining was stored at the Ibaji Annex.

Prior to flagged off, a 7 mab committee was setup headed by Mr Jerry, Protocol Officer of Ibaji Local Government Council.

It was also reported that ten (10) wards in Ibaji LGA received their palliatives through their representatives comprising traditional rulers, Gago, IDA and the ward chairmen onbehalf of their wards.

To our greatest surprised, few hours after successful distribution of those palliatives, reckless,unguarded, and unverified statement started flying on the Social Media as sponsored by IPYF via it’s PRO, against the good efforts of Mr Jerry and other leaders.

The actors and their sponsors are very easy to recognized and we want to state that their sole pain is because the new leadership approach that devoid them the opportunity to divert the items in their usual ways this time and for ensuring that a senior staff of NEMA monitored the distribution from start to the finish.

Their secret and evil agenda is to misinform and instigate the general public against Hon. Comfort O. Nwuchiola, Hon. Timothy Ojoma, Hon. Thomas Offor, Hon ThankGod Omale and Mr. Jerry. This group and their sponsors have vowed to slander Hon. Comfort O. Nwuchiola’s character, undermine her influence, and create an atmosphere of negativism where nothing but the bad side of everything she does is emphasized in Ibaji. They are identified group that is more interested in finding faults, witch hunting instead of one that is so concerning about building up synergy for the progress of Ibaji.

It is worthy to note that their report is a petty-minded and ludicrous pursuit of fallacious agenda.

consequently, It is no longer acceptable for some few people to insist that they alone are the custodians of the Ibaji nation and would make derogatory submissions against folks of Ibaji without verification. Its worrisome and retrogressive how they go slandering peoples image and with the view of people as fraudster.

We want to say that those the malevolent IPYF is attempting to tarnish their Images are lovers of the people of Ibaji and thier views of the individuals doesn’t reflect their character in anyway.

Conclusively, it is pertinent to note that the allegations levelled against the above named Ibaji political office holders and Mr Jerry Nwuchola are weighty and deformative. As such, we demand that IPYF to come out publicly and apologize on or before 18th-09-2023 or we shall take necessary actions.
