The Director-General, National Productivity Centre NPC, Dr. Kashim Akor has been praised for keeping to promise and provision of solar street lights to Prince Abubakar Audu University Anyigba.

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic, Dr. Atidoga dropped this hint during the inspection and installation of the new solar systems donated to the institution by the National Productivity Centre NPC to facilitate learning and other academic activities.

Atidoga recalled sometime last year in 2021 when the agency also donated some numbers of high-quality laptops, and desktops to the institution, with a promise to extend the program of “Operation Light Up” tertiary institutions to the state university, Anyigba.

“We are not unaware of his donation of the same items to Kogi College of Education, Ankpa, and all the streets in Ankpa town as part of his agency’s drive to improve e-learning and security of our institutions.”

“On behalf of the management, staff, and students of Prince Abubakar Audu University Anyigba, we are unreservedly appreciating the humanitarian and development strategy adopted by the Director-General, National Productivity Centre NPC, Dr. Kashim Akor .”

“We are not unaware of his efforts across the country, to ameliorate the critical situations of some states and federal institutions across the country, and promised to secure the items donated from the vandals.”

He said his efforts to improve productivity in the ivory tower in Nigeria are exceptional and commendable, as well as an exemplary and singular display of good public service manager. Dr. Atidoga said.
